Imaging was performid at1.5 Tesla scannerusing knee coil. Sequencas include: AxialT2-Weighetd turbo spin echo fat-saturated Coronal&sagittal porotun density turbo spin echo fat-saturated SagittalT1-Weighetd spin echo There is articular cartilage Loss at median ridge of patella with subchondral edema Joint effusion and baker cyst(19×8mm)is noted. Thebones comprising the knee joint show normal configuration and position. The bonmarrow signal is normal. The lateral meniscusof the knne joint presents anormal triangular Configuration and has a homogenous internal structure of low signal intensity The anterior and posterior cruciate ligament is intact and is normal in iswidth and signal characteristics Thecollateral ligaments are inact and of normal width. The soft tissues surrounding the knee joint and the imaged vascular structurres areunremarkable
